Elder Law focuses on the issues facing individuals age 65 and older. Individuals in this age group face a variety of issues, including running a small business, caring for young grandchildren, putting children through college, caring for aging parents, and entering retirement.
Individuals age 65 and older must consider long-term planning in order to deal with these types of issues. A good long term plan may include some or all of the following:
