Attorney Bio: Tonya Coles, Esq.
Tonya R. Coles, Esq. is a solo practitioner in Columbus, Ohio. She focuses her practice on elder law, estate planning, probate, and small business issues. Tonya is a graduate of Capital University Law School. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
Prior to attending law school, Tonya worked for several years at Huntington National Bank as a Product Marketing Manager. As marketing manager, Tonya coordinated financial seminars and special events for private banking and investment clients.
Tonya has been a lifetime resident of Columbus. She attended Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations (minor in English Literature). She attended high school at Columbus West High School.
In addition to practicing law, Tonya serves on the board of the J. Ashburn Jr. Youth Center, an organization that provides youth outreach services to children in the Hilltop neighborhood of Columbus. She conducts seminars on basic estate planning and elder law topics at local churches.
Tonya is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association, the John Mercer Langston Bar Association, and the Ohio Center for Law Related Education.
